Description: 80 units. Three story wood frame. Exterior is an EIFS system. Designed to be constructed with an automatic fire sprinkler system. Uses for the hotel include guestrooms, conference rooms, board room, lobby, breakfast facility, registration office, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and exercise room with an outdoor pool and spa.
